NETWORK RAIL - P4D - RAILHUB INCIDENT RESPONSE PACK 

 

I have received an update from Network Rail confirming that the Network Rail - RailHub solution was successfully deployed nationally and has been in use nationally since December 2022.

 

The company has confirmed that the Planning4Deleivery (P4D) programme is committed to informing our recognised Trade Unions of any new functionality being introduced to the Network Rail - RailHub solution.

 

The programme has developed a digital Incident Response Pack (IRP) functionality within Network Rail - RailHub, to replace the current paper-based process. The solution will impact staff who hold the Track Safety Competencies of Controller of Site Safety (COSS), and Individual Working Alone (IWA) who currently use IRPs for accessing the infrastructure. The digital IRP will enhance compliance to NR/L2/OHS/019 v12, providing greater assurance and governance due to the IRP process being digital, transparent, and auditable through the Network Rail - RailHub solution.

 

The company will also be in contact with RMT to schedule a demonstration of the digital IRP.
