NETWORK RAIL – PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) PROOF OF CONCEPT

Your National Executive Committee (NEC) met on 25th November to discuss a report from the Lead Officer and Lead Representative as regards the direction of Network Rail’s PIC (Proof of Concept) Working Group.

The report adopted by the NEC is as follows:

That we note the report from the lead officer and instruct the General Secretary to write to Network Rail referring the matter of competency placement within the matrix and associated grading for National Maintenance Council for discussion and agreement.

Relevant Reps, Branches and Regional Councils to be advised.
