Network Rail ROC Health, Safety and Welfare Review

I have received a report into Health, Safety and Welfare Provision in the specification for the Rail Operating Centres from our nominated representative, Bro. AJ Yates, on the ROC working party which was established by the National Operations Council. On giving consideration to this report the General Grades Committee have noted and adopted the following report from their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the report on file. The General Secretary is instructed to provide details of the report to our Operations Industrial and Health and Safety Representatives for their information and comment. All responses to be placed back in front of this General Grades Committee with a deadline for response to be returned by 31st January 2014.

Branches and Regional Councils be advised.


 Please find attached a copy of the report for which I would be grateful of your comment. Please ensure any responses are returned by Friday 24th January 2014.
