LUL – NOISE LEVELS ON THE VICTORIA LINE

 

Further to Head Office Circular NP/218/24, dated 12^th September, following clarification received in respect of the action short of a strike, your NEC considered an updated report from your lead officer.

 

            At its meeting on 17^th September 2024, your NEC resolved as follows:

 

            That we note the report from the Lead Officer.

 

            We instruct the General Secretary to, in line with the report, change the action short of a strike from “driving train in restricted manual” to “driving train in protected manual”.

 

            Branch and affected members to be informed by email and text.

 

            

            I am acting in line with these instructions. Please bring this circular to the attention of all relevant members.

 

            

            The ballot of members will take place between Wednesday 25^th September and Tuesday 15^th October 2024.
