Dear Colleague,

 

RESUMPTION OF ONBOARD DUTIES - GREATER ANGLIA

 

Following a report to your National Executive Committee (NEC) at its meeting on 15^th April 2021, your NEC carried the following resolution:

That we note the correspondence from the Lead Officer.

We also note that full risk assessments have taken place with our representatives and these have been agreed.

We instruct the General Secretary to inform the company that we accept the agreed timetable in relation to resumption of customer service duties.

We further instruct the General Secretary to write to the company seeking assurances that members who have concerns about returning to customer service duties, and those enacting the worksafe procedure will not be victimised or face disciplinary action.

 

Relevant Regional Councils, Branches and Members to be informed.

 

I am acting in accordance with these instructions and will keep members informed of any updates.

 

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of relevant members.
