RMT BOOKLET - SERIOUS AND IMMINENT DANGER

 

I write to inform you that I have re-written RMT booklet, “Serious and Imminent Danger”, which you can find on RMT web site here: http://bit.ly/2JozOfa

.  Additionally, a hard copy of this new booklet will be sent to you.

 

It was necessary to re-write this booklet to reflect recent case law in relation to Covid-19 and Serious and Imminent Danger. There are also several other changes to the content of the booklet – and a new introduction. Given this, if you are still in possession of the previous advice booklet as below, please throw this away - as it is out of date.
