RSSB – Digital Rulebook

A paper was presented to the last Traffic Operations Management Standard Committee (TOMSC) proposing the creation of a digital and remotely accessible version of the Railway Rulebook. No changes to the rules themselves are to be made and the rules will also remain available in the current paper format for the foreseeable future. On considering a report on the matter the National Executive Committee have adopted the following report of their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

That we note the proposals and instruct the GS to request a workshop with RMT H & S reps as per the previously agreed protocols on the rulebook.

Branches and Regional Councils be advised.
