Section 15 Possessions – Service Control LUL

You may be aware that colleagues working in possessions at both LUL and Tubelines have been in dispute with the company over the new proposed arrangements for Section 15 Possessions. While talks at ACAS to resolve the issue are progressing, concern has also been raised with regard to staff working in Service Control and the impact the new arrangements will have on them.

Your representatives are currently in the process of preparing a ballot matrix should it become necessary to step up our fight to improve the protection of staff working on the track environment on the underground system. Once the ballot matrix has been finalised a further report will be made to the National Executive Committee.
