STAKEHOLDER REVIEW OF NR/L2/OHS/019 – V11 NEW HIERARCHY

FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL NETWORK RAIL EMPLOYEES

Following the highlighting of my disappointment that none of the RMT Lead Union Health and Safety reps were invited to the 019 workshops for the review, the company has invited RMT to take part in the workshops and consultation on 019 V12, which is a substantial change with the aim of simplifying the standard.

Your National Executive Committee (NEC), at its meeting on 12th May, noted and adopted the following report from its Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the response on file from the Company.

The General Secretary is instructed to write to Network Rail providing the company with names of the RMT nominated representatives with a view to engaging in the process from May 2022.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions.
