            Referring to Head Office Circular NP/116/24, dated 2^nd May, at its meeting on 9^th May 2024, your National Executive Committee noted and adopted the following report from its Health and Safety Sub-committee:

 

We note the report from the Lead officer on file and that the instructions given by this NEC have been carried out.

 

The General Secretary is instructed to place any further report and/or replies from the employer, ORR and/or RDG back before this NEC within a week.

 

All Branches and Regional Councils to be notified.
