VIOLENCE AT WORK – EAST HAM BRANCH LOCATIONS

Further to Head Office Circular NP/129/19, 24th July 2019, a report has been received that the original instruction to develop a ballot matrix has been revised and, in line with the following Decision, only staff working in District East Cover Group will now be balloted:

That we note that the ballot specification was incorrect and we rescind decision NWW 23rd July 2019 and replace it with:

We instruct the General Secretary to ballot all staff on the District East Cover Group for action short of a strike, which will be for members to work from within a place of safety when lone-working and not to detrain or attend incidents on trains on their own.

Members to be advised by email & test.

Relevant Branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
