WORKING AT HEIGHT

Further to Head Office Circular NP/235/21, dated 2nd July, your National Executive Committee, at its meeting on 3rd August 2021, resolved as follows:

That we note that a meeting has now taken place between Lead Officers and National Representatives and the matter discussed.

We further note that it is the view of the Lead Officers that legal advice be sought on the issue of lack of consultation from the company.

Accordingly, the General Secretary is instructed to seek legal advice on this issue and place the item in our Health and Safety Sub Committee for further examination and report.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions.

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of relevant members.
