Dear Colleagues,

Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund (MNRPF) –
RMT Trustee Appointees

I refer to Circular NP/289/16, 13th December 2016, please be advised that following the closing date for nominations for the above position in Maritime Region One (South), one nomination was received.

In consideration the National Executive Committee on 23rd March 2017 made the following decision:

“That we note that there has only been one nomination received for the position of Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund (MNRPF) RMT Appointed Trustee for Maritime Region 1.

We therefore appoint Brother Stephen Young of Harwich Shipping Branch to this position.

All Shipping Branches to be informed.”

In accordance with this decision I will inform the administrators of the MNRPF of Brother Young’s appointment.
