Applying for a UK Discharge Book and/or a British Seaman’s Card

 

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency has issued updated guidance to seafarers on the application process for a new or renewed Discharge Book and for a British Seaman’s Card.

 

If you need to apply for one of these documents, you are advised to read the updated guidance on pages 7 to 11 on the MCA form MSF 4509, which is attached to this document is available online here.
