Campaigning Workplace Day of Action for Palestine - Thursday 28^th November 

National March for Palestine – Saturday 30^th November

 

RMT and the TUC are supporting the Palestine Solidarity Campaign Workplace Day of Action for Palestine and supports the call for RMT Members to take campaigning action to call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire, stand in solidarity and demand peace and justice for the Palestinians.

National March for Palestine – Saturday 30^th November

 

RMT, alongside other trade unions have been consistent in condemning the atrocious violence, calling for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and for a lasting peace in both Israel and Palestine and we have always been conscious that we will have members who may have been personally impacted by the horrific ongoing situation in the region. 

 

RMT is dismayed that violence and the bombardment and siege of Gaza continues and with famine now breaking out across the Gaza strip, it is now more important than ever that we keep up the pressure with protests and campaigning happening across the UK demanding an immediate and permanent ceasefire.

 

On Saturday 30^th November Palestine Solidarity Campaign have once again called a National Demonstration in London which will begin to assemble at 12:00pm noon forming up at Park Lane, with the Trade Union Bloc forming up at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel from 11:30am before marching to Whitehall for a Rally.
