Dear colleague,

DEFEND JOBS, PAY & CONDITIONS – TRAIN OPERATING COMPANIES: RE-BALLOT CAMPAIGN MATERIALS

 

I wrote to you yesterday informing you that this union would be serving notice of our intention to re-ballot members in the Train Operating Companies, in accordance with our obligations under the Anti-Trade Union Laws.

 

We have now served that notice and it’s time to mobilise to win the re-ballot. Papers will be going out on 22^nd September.
