Derby Silk Mill Festival – Saturday 17^th September

This march, rally and people’s festival which celebrates Derby’s historic 1830s working class struggle is taking place this year on Saturday 17^th September.

It is commencing at 10.15 at Derby Market Place with a march at 11am, followed by a rally at 12pm, with speakers including RMT Senior Assistant General Secretary Eddie Dempsey. There is a festival following the rally commencing at 1pm.
