Disabilities Officers

The National Disabled Members’ Conference this year passed a resolution calling to establish the role of Disabilities Officers at both Branch and Regional Council level. The purpose of this role is to support the increasing number of members with disabilities and to raise awareness about the wide range of disabilities with our related training courses.

The NEC have endorsed this proposal and Branches and Regional Councils are encouraged to create the post of Disabilities Officer.
