Documentary Premiere: Building Solidarity with Palestinian Workers - Thursday 29 April 6:30pm

 

Join Rabet and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) UK for the premiere of Rabet's documentary, Colonial Economy, to learn more about the conditions under which Palestinian workers under occupation are forced to work in Israel and illegal Israeli settlements.

 

The event will start with a 20 minute live stream of the documentary, followed by a discussion with speakers and a Q&A session on workers' right and avenues for solidarity amongst workers globally.

 

The event will be joined by the following speakers:

- Louise Regan, Vice Chair of PSC UK and National Officer of the National Education Union (NEU)

- Mariela Kohon, Senior International Officer of Trades Union Congress (TUC)

- Manal Shaqir, member of the Palestinian New Federation of Trade Unions (PNFTU)
