Further to my Circular NP/303/21 of 16th August 2021, in which I shared a copy of the Hotel, Catering and Ancillary Grades Conference Plan for 2021/2022, I am now circulating a further document produced by the Catering Grades Executive Committee which sets out the ’next steps’ for the Committee’s work and the Union’s campaign to protect catering.
