In line with a recent NEC decision, I am sharing with you a copy of the Hotel, Catering and Ancillary Grades Conference Plan for 2021/2022 which has been produced by the Hotel & Catering Grades Conference Executive Committee. The document sets out the Committee’s priorities and planned activities for the year, and a copy is attached.
