ILO Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) – MCA Tri-partite Working Group (TWG)

 

Further to Circular NP/012/25 of 24^th January 2025, please find attached a copy of the minutes from the meeting of the TWG held on 20^th January, which were approved at the meeting of the TWG in July. Copies of backdated minutes from meetings of the MLC TWG are available on request to the National Policy Department. 

 

I would be grateful if you could bring the information contained in this circular to the attention of all Shipping Branch members.
