Dear Colleague,

 

IMPROVING COVID-19 AWARENESS FOR BLACK, ASIAN & MINORITY ETHNIC WORKERS

 

A second survey of our membership to assess the safety measures around Covid-19 and the disproportionate effect on black, Asian and minority ethnic workers was carried out. Whilst the data still needs to be fully assessed, there is clearly still an urgent need to inform employers that they should do more to protect their staff including the offer of individual vulnerability risk assessments.

 

I am therefore re-circulating the posters that have this message and these will also be sent out hard copy to all branches and regions. The posters have been printed in both A4 and A3 sizes.  If you would like extra copies of these please email m.santamera@rmt.org.uk
