Marx Memorial Library Introduction to Trade Unionism for 

RMT Young Members Course 2024

 

I am pleased to confirm that the Marx Memorial Library Introduction to Trade Unionism for RMT Young Members 2024 course is scheduled to take place from Monday 7th October 2024 - Tuesday 8th October 2024.

 

The venue for the course will be the Library & Workers’ School, 37a Clerkenwell Green, London EC1R 0DU.

 

This two-day course will introduce young members to the world of industrial relations. Our approach has been to integrate discussion of the importance of an understanding of Marxist Political Economy and of class conflict within a course exploring practical issues that arise in daily discussions in the workplace and with friends and family, workmates, in the union, and when dealing with management and employers.

 

Members should apply via the RMT website - Log on or Register, click on e-membership, top right, this brings up a list on the left, right at the bottom is RMT Training Courses, click and this brings up all available courses in date order.

 

The cost for this course would be picked up by Head Office. There are limited spaces on the course so Apply Now.
