PRIDE EVENTS 2023 UPDATE – LONDON AND MANCHESTER

 

LGBT+ Pride events are opportunities for us to promote the union and our campaigns as well as to show support and solidarity for our LGBT+ members and the wider community.  RMT will be looking to have a presence at the following events and I encourage all members to get involved and join in with their friends and family.  

 

UK Black Pride, please note the date has changed to Saturday 19^th August: As last year, the union will have a stall at the event which is in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. Volunteers are sought to staff the stall during the day. 

 

Manchester Pride, Saturday 26^th August: The Manchester & North-West Regional Council has secured a place for RMT members in the Manchester Pride Parade.  More details on this and the weekend of events from Friday 25^th to Monday 28^thcan be found here Home – Manchester Pride
