RFA Pay Dispute – Write to Your MP

 

As part of the RMT’s ongoing industrial dispute over the 2023-24 pay award imposed by the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) on our hardworking members who have endured fourteen years of pay austerity, your union has set up a facility to write to your MP in order to increase the pressure on the Government to make a pay offer.

I urge all RMT members to write to your MP to demand a decent pay offer to RFA members in order to try to settle this long running dispute after months of warm words. Three days of industrial action by RFA members are planned later this month on Monday 23rd September, Tuesday 24th September and Wednesday 25th September. A deluge of constituent letters to MPs will support the demands of our RFA members in dispute and help spur the MoD to make a pay offer.
