RMT Annual General Meeting - Young Members AGM Course 2024

 

I am pleased to confirm that the RMT Young Members AGM course is scheduled to take place from Tuesday 25th June 2024 commencing, 9am – Thursday 27th June 2024, concluding, 3pm. 

 

The venue for the course will be the same venue as the AGM Conference, DoubleTree by Hilton Hull, 24 Ferensway Kingston Upon Hull, HU2 8NH.

 

The course is open to RMT Members member aged 16-30 who have not previously attended an AGM course. This is an excellent opportunity for RMT Young Members to develop their understanding of the RMT Annual Conference. Young members attending the course will also hear from various Conference delegates including the RMT General Secretary and the RMT National President. 

 

There will also be other course content including understanding the structure of the RMT, the writing, moving and seconding of motions as well as workplace organising.

 

Members should apply via the RMT website - Log on or Register, click on e-membership, top right, this brings up a list on the left, right at the bottom is RMT Training Courses, click and this brings up all available courses in date order.

 

The cost for this course would be picked up by Head Office. There are limited spaces on the course so Apply Now.
