Dear Colleague

SECTION 15 POSSESSIONS - LUL

Your National Executive Committee has considered a report of the Regional Organiser on talks with the company which are continuing.

As you will be aware, the planned industrial action was suspended following discussions at ACAS as LUL tabled a set of proposals and agreed to a two week suspension of its proposals to allow for proper discussions to take place with RMT.

These talks are going ahead and this matter will be considered again when talks are completed. Of course we hope that an agreement can be reached, but to protect our position, put pressure on the Company to enter these talks in good faith and take genuine steps to resolve our concerns, the National Executive Committee has called an OVERTIME BAN:-

You are therefore instructed NOT TO WORK ANY OVERTIME between 16:00 hours on Wednesday 24th February and 15:59 hours on Friday 26th February 2016.

I will keep you advised of all further developments.

STAND FIRM TOGETHER

SUPPORT THE ACTION – SUPPORT YOUR UNION

Yours sincerely

Mick Cash
