Dear Colleague,

 

SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) CUTS LOBBY

 

Following a resolution from the National Disabled Members’ Conference which was supported unanimously at the AGM, the union agreed to publicly oppose cuts to special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) funding. All members are therefore encouraged to lobby their MPs to challenge the government over this issue.  Lobbying is easy using the standard letter which is on the RMT website available via the link:  http://bit.ly/sendcuts 

 

You will need to first input your email address and “submit query” for the letter to appear.  If you have any personal experience, please do add this in the letter where indicated.
