TUC EDUCATION WEBINARS

 

TUC Education are putting on two webinars for union reps in July on equality issues:

 

1. Tuesday 14 July pm: Webinar: Tackling racism and inequality at work . A discussion on how reps can negotiate and collectivise issues on race.

 

2. Wednesday 20 July 2pm: Protecting pregnant workers and new mums at work A discussion around the new HSE guidance on how employers can provide a safe working environment for pregnant workers and new mothers. 

 

HSE's advice has changed and an individual risk assessment must now be carried out.  The new HSE guidance can be found here: https://www.hse.gov.uk/mothers/employer/risk-assessment.htm
