TUC EQUALITY AT WORK - REPRESENTATIVES SURVEY

 

Every few years the TUC issues an equality in the workplace survey aimed at finding out more about the equality issues union reps face in the workplace and what support they need to tackle them. The last survey was published in 2021 and the TUC is due to update their findings in 2024.  The survey is for all reps, not just equality representatives.

The findings will be used on an anonymous, statistical basis only and form part of the 2024 TUC Equality Audit report. Reps who are happy to be contacted by the TUC for further information to use as case studies are invited to provide contact details on voluntary basis.

Taking part in this survey will also entitle you to enter into a prize draw to win a shopping voucher worth £50 (four vouchers are available). If you would like to enter, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and phone number at the end of the survey. Entering the prize draw is optional.
