New Inflation Rates

The Office for National Statistics has published inflation figures for the twelve months to January.

The Retail Prices Index (RPI) stood at 2.8% for the year to January 2014, up from the 2.7% figure to December 2013.

The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) stood at 1.9% for the year to January 2014, down from the 2% figure to December 2013.
