Dissolution of the Union
Consent of Members
1. The Union may at any time be dissolved by the consent of five-sixths of the votes of the members, testified by their signatures to an instrument of dissolution and by the written consent of every person for the time being receiving or entitled to receive any relief, annuity or other benefits from the funds, unless the claim of that person is duly satisfied or adequate provision made for satisfying such claims. The funds of the Union shall be distributed in accordance with the terms set out in the instrument of dissolution.
