100% Ferries

Over 7,000 UK Ratings working in the shipping industry today are not in the RMT. The majority of these non-members are employed in the ferries sector. The union has set a target of increasing RMT membership amongst UK Ratings to 10,000. To achieve this we must start by building toward 100% membership amongst Ratings where RMT is recognised for collective bargaining purposes.
