Cleaners are Essential - TfL MP Letter

As part of our ‘Cleaners Are Essential’ campaign, RMT is pressing the rail industry and Transport for London to end the outsourcing of cleaning. Both the Rail Industry Recovery Group and TfL have agreed to review outsourcing of cleaning but we need to raise political pressure on them to ensure that this is not just a paper exercise. Please help us today by ensuring that your MP gets one of these letters. 

If you are outside of London, please find your constituency MP and ask them to contact the Government using the model letter below. Cleaners in Wales are the subject of a separate campaign.

If you are in London, please make sure that you send a letter asking your MP to contact the Mayor about the Underground cleaning contract. You may wish to send the other letter too.
