Message Content:I am a London Overground passenger and I oppose the planned reduction in ticket office hours at 45 stations and the closure of the ticket office at three stations. This would mean a 68% cut in hours across the Overground and a cut of more than 80% at many stations.
This is because I am concerned that:
Stations will become less safe, secure and accessible.
I would not be able to get the tickets, customer service and advice I require from a machine.
Many people, including some elderly and disabled passengers, would experience difficulties purchasing tickets and getting advice.
It will be easier for the company to close more ticket offices and reduce staffing even further in the future.

Write to the Mayor of London and demand that he put a stop to these damaging proposals.
