Circular No. ED/115/20

18th May 2020

To: All RMT, Staff, Officers, Branches, Regions and NEC members

Dear Colleagues

This year, Mental Health Awareness Week is probably more important than ever due to the current Covid-19 outbreak. This year the theme of Mental Health Awareness Week is kindness and I’m sure we have all seen fantastic examples of kindness during the current situation. Our members, colleagues and families have had to adapt, change their way of living and working and this can have a significant impact on their mental health and wellbeing.

Taking care of your mental health and well-being whether you are in the workplace, isolating or working from home during the Coronavirus outbreak can be really difficult. With this in mind, RMT Learning has teamed up with a variety of providers to source resources and training to help you look after health during these difficult times.
