CHANGES TO CLEANING OPERATIONS – INTERSERVE FACILITIES (KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS CONTRACT)
Further to previous correspondence, you and your colleagues are congratulated for an overwhelming ‘YES’ vote for taking strike action and action short of a strike. Following consultation with the DLR Branch and Lead Officer, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision for all RMT Cleaner and Cleaning Supervisor members at Interserve (KAD) NOT TO BOOK ON FOR ANY SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN:-
• 06:00 hours on Tuesday 26th April 2016 until 05:59 hours on Thursday 28th April 2016.
The issues in this dispute affect every aspect of your working lives and the Company has been informed the dispute situation will remain in place until each of the issues is resolved once and for all to our members’ satisfaction. It is unacceptable that you have been left in such an uncertain position by imposed changes to rosters and shift patterns, booking on arrangements and many members still do not have a copy of their contact of employment.
