INTERCITY EXPRESS PROGRAMME

With regards to the above matter, I draw your attention my letter to you dated 12th October 2015, along with the approaches of my PA Adrian Scott to your own PA on 26th October 2015 and a reminder sent earlier today, which have so far proved fruitless in obtaining dates for a meeting between ourselves.

This issue is of the utmost concern to my members at your company and I’m finding it increasingly disrespectful to my union that the above efforts to meet you are being ignored or pushed aside.

I would therefore once again request that a meeting takes place between you and I at the earliest opportunity and that a specific date and time be agreed with my PA Adrian Scott on receipt of this letter
