ANNUAL LEAVE ALLOCATION - ABROGATION OF SERVICE DELIVERY CONTROLLERS CONTROL ROOM ROSTERS & LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS 2012 - NEXUS (TYNE & WEAR METRO)
The ballot papers for the dispute over the company's clear abrogation of local arrangements has opened and you should have received your ballot papers from the independent scrutineer Civica. It is imperative that we receive a high turnout, and I would urge members to return their paper as soon as you receive it. You must make sure you return your voting paper by the closing date of Tuesday 25th May 2021.
If you do not receive your ballot paper or you know of a colleague who has not received theirs, by Thursday 13th May 2021 the please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the RMT Helpline on 0800 376 3706 and a replacement ballot paper will be sent out to your home address via first class post.
Do not waste your vote. It is imperative that we get a massive return in the ballot for industrial action, so we are not prevented from acting on your wishes by the ballot thresholds. Failure to meet these thresholds means industrial action cannot happen, so a high turnout is absolutely crucial.
I urge you all to use your vote. Vote 'YES' for strike action and ‘YES’ for action short of a strike to send NEXUS management a crystal-clear message that we will not allow them to treat us with contempt.
