ABUSE OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET — NETWORK RAIL

Our Ref: BR6/4/4

3rd April 2024

VOTE ‘YES’ TO BOTH QUESTIONS

RETURN YOUR BALLOT PAPER TODAY

Dear RMT Member,

ABUSE OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET — NETWORK RAIL

This week is the last opportunity for Network Rail CSA members at Birmingham New Street to return your ballot papers in order to have your vote counted. If you have not already done so, I urge you to complete and return your voting paper and demonstrate that you are willing to defend yourselves from unfair dismissal at work and to demand the reinstatement of your sacked colleagues.

To meet the thresholds imposed by the draconian anti-trade union laws, it is vitally important that you vote 'YES’ for strike action and 'YES' for action short of a strike and return your paper in the freepost envelope provided.

To ensure your vote is counted, please complete your ballot paper and make sure you return it to reach the independent scrutineer by First Post, Tuesday 9th April 2024.

Important Note: The Scrutineer for RMT Ballots and Elections is ‘CES' (Civica Election Services). Letters from Civica are not junk mail and should be opened.

Yours sincerely

Michael Lynch

General Secretary
