ABUSE OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET — NETWORK RAIL

 

Further to concerning reports regarding Network Rail’s abuse of disciplinary procedures at Birmingham New Street, you should by now have received your ballot papers. I am urging CSA members to stand together by voting ‘YES’ to strike action and ‘YES’ to action short of a strike in order to demonstrate that you will not allow yourselves and your colleagues to be victimised by the unfair use of disciplinary procedures.

I urge you to complete and return your voting paper as soon as you receive it and demonstrate that you are willing to defend your safety at work and to demand the reinstatement of your sacked colleagues.

Please complete your ballot paper and make sure you return it by no later than First Post, Tuesday 27^th February 2024.
