Dear RMT Member, 

 

ABUSE OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET PLATFORM ASSISTANTS (DESPATCH) – NETWORK RAIL

 

I can advise members that progress has been made in this dispute, and due to positive developments, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to advise members that the strike action that you were previously notified of is suspended. 

 

Members are instructed to book on to all shifts as normal from 06:00 hours on Saturday 30th March 2024 until 05:59 hours on Sunday 31st March 2024 and 06:00 hours on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 until 05:59 hours on Wednesday 3rd April 2024.

 

I will keep members advised of all further developments.
