AMENDMENT TO WORKFORCE AGREEMENT – STAGECOACH YORKSHIRE CHESTERFIELD

 

The National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Lead Officer and taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the amendment to the workforce agreement to incorporate the working time directive and nighttime workers.

 

A copy of the agreement can be found here and the text of the agreement is as follows:

 

Collective Working Time Directive 17 Week Reference Period Agreement

 

The working time directive week reference period will be based on a 17 week rolling reference period.

 

Collective Nighttime Workers Agreement

 

Nighttime workers will be those that work for 3 hours or more between 23:00 and 06:00 regularly and agrees to fill in a health questionnaire every twelve months and who agrees to be referred to the Company Medical Officer.
