Assignment Instructions & SOPs - Mitie

Colleagues,

It has come to your Trade Union’s attention that members are not being given the time and space to read new Assignment Instructions and SOPs. As a result, we are seeing members being told many months after signing new documents in a rush, that their workload is to increase massively. This increase has detrimental effects on work/life balance. They are also being used in disciplinaries. 

Members are advised to take their time to read any new processes and procedures and to contact your reps if something does not look right.

Your employer should give you the time and opportunity to understand and ask questions over new ways of working. If this does not happen, contact your Representative.
