ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND COMPANY SICK PAY – STENA LINE
Referring to my previous correspondence,I am writing to Inform you following communication between your union and your employer that myself (General Secretary) and the National Secretary have today met with company representatives.
Make no mistake, RMT has always and will continue to make ourselvesavailable for dialogue with your employer regarding Company Sick pay and absence management proceduresin a genuine effort to resolve this current dispute.
Whilst the meetings held today were positive, until such time as we have an improved proposal that can be placed before our members at Stena Line, I would remind all members to ensure that you vote in this important ballot.If you have not received your ballot paper, please email email@example.com or you can ring the helpline on 0800 376 3706.
