As you will recall, the previous industrial action was suspended in June as the Company had agreed for talks at ACAS to take place. These discussions with your RMT negotiating team have now resulted in an offer being received from the Company, which is as follows:-

• 35 pence per hour for all grades and for all hours worked between 1st April 2017 and 15th January 2018, in respect of the 2017 pay claim.

• 40 pence per hour uplift for all grades and all hours worked, backdated to 1st April 2018, in respect of the 2018 pay claim.

The issue concerning the provision of RPO contracted hours in the period April 2017 to April 2018 will be dealt with through alternative channels and management have agreed to meet to discuss this matter separately.

Following consultation with you and your colleagues, your RMT Rep and Lead Officer recommended that the above is accepted and the National Executive Committee has now taken the decision to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. The Company has been advised accordingly and I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate all members, the DLR Branch and Lead Officer for their solidarity and determination to secure this pay offer.
