BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS – ISS (KAD CONTRACT)
The Union has been is discussions with the Companies in advance of the upcoming TUPE transfers. On 1st February, Cleaner grades will transfer to Bidvest Noonan, Security grades will transfer to Amulet (Churchills) and Revenue Protection grades will remain with ISS.
The long-running dispute with ISS over pay and other issues is unresolved but at the recent talks, the Companies agreed to match the London Living Wage increase and uplift all other grades by 8.14%. The associated backpay from April 2023 will be paid by ISS and the rates of pay going forward will be as follows:

The next pay review for 2024 is due in April and the Union will be commencing discussions with ISS, Amulet and Bidvest Noonan.
This matter was discussed amongst your Lead Officer and Reps and having considered their views, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to accept the pay offer.
