BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, TRAIN MANAGERS (TICKET SCANNING) - AVANTI WEST COAST

 

The Union’s National Executive Committee has considered the recent ballot result and congratulated you and your colleagues for once again delivering a phenomenal result and standing up in defiance against Avanti West Coast.

 

Therefore, the NEC is instructing all Train Manager members at Avanti West Coast to take continuous industrial action short of a strike as outlined below: 

 

• Not to use company ticket scanners from 0001 Hours on Wednesday 24^th January 2024 until further notice

 

I ask you all to show your support and stand shoulder to shoulder during the days of industrial action.
