CHANGES TO WORK LOCATIONS AND ADDITIONAL WORKLOADS (PROJECT LEAN) – ABM (LUL)

 

The Company has now written to members who were given additional stations as part of Project Lean so if you were affected, you should have received this letter. A further meeting has now taken place with the Company and the any other members who have concerns over increased workloads, reduction in work-life balance, extra travel or any other concerns over Project Lean can be included in the review. 

 

Any ABM member with any concerns over their work location or workload or anyone who has previously submitted a grievance or appeal due to Project Lean should contact their RMT Rep for assistance and to be included in the review by Monday 5^th February. If you don’t have your Reps details, please contact the RMT Freephone Helpline on 0800 376 3706 or info@rmt.org.uk
